The Zone presents the Mud Mulisha Mud Run series for 2015!
These obstacle course races are expertly designed to challenge all fitness levels! Participants can expect to climb, drag, crawl, push, pull and run their way along the course, and most certainly get covered in mud! At the end, there will be an ice cold beverage and an after party waiting for racers to celebrate and share their course stories.
This year, choose from three different beautiful and unique locations/dates:

Join Team Zone as we help the Surfrider Foundation Vancouver Island with their mission of ensuring the protection and enjoyment of Vancouver Island waves and beaches through strong beach cleanup, waste analysis and data collection action.
Combing The Coast Beach clean-ups happen on the 2nd Sunday of every month from 11AM – 1PM and everyone is welcome to come out and volunteer.
The next beach clean-up is scheduled for Sunday, August 9 at Cadboro Bay

The Zone @ 91-3 is proud to present the 148th Annual Saanich Fair from Saturday, September 5 until Monday, September 7.
Check out Western Canada’s Largest Agricultural Fair during your Labour Day Long Weekend including a giant Midway, tonnes of food vendors with cuisine from all over the world, activities for kids and more.
This year features a live concert on Saturday night from Jesse Roper and Dylan vs. The World live on the main stage on Sunday.

The Zone @ 91-3 is proud to support the legendary Canadian Forces Snowbirds flying in support of C.H.I.L.D. Taking place on Wednesday, August 12 over Clover Point at 6pm.
Everyone is invited to attend this breath taking free 40 minute show featuring nine aircrafts.

The Zone is proud to support The Savour Cowichan Festival from September 25 – October 4!
This annual event celebrates and showcases the Cowichan Valley’s spectacular cornucopia of locally grown and produced food and drink! For ten days, 40 artisanal food and beverage producers will be hosting the world at more than 60 epicurean events throughout the Cowichan Valley.
Each day, you’ll be able to visit local operations and talk to experts who are passionate about what they do, like master winemakers, cider makers, brewmasters and sommeliers. You’ll be able to participate behind the scenes, ask questions and, of course, sample along the way!

Jam-packed with hard hits, thrills and spills – this all-girl flat track roller derby combines athleticism, strategy and teamwork. Each bout is full of family-friendly entertainment, excitement and tons of energy, so make sure you don’t miss out on the fun!
